Registering more than one account is prohibited; duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and associated balances may be voided.

In the event of any discrepancy between general terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail. pkrwin reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, odds error, or data feed failure has occurred. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Test series, T20Is, and ODIs — are settled in accordance with the relevant sport's governing rules as adopted by pkrwin.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkrwin's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration as specified in pkrwin's Dispute Resolution Policy.
